I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The location near downtown was perfect for exploring the city. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The on-site restaurant also offered delicious meals, and the breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. The hotel also had a sun terrace and garden area, which provided a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. the location was walking distance from downtown and there were nice views from our room.
Our room was outdated and uncomfortable, the bed was too hard and the pillows too thin. We had to complain to the staff several times about the air conditioner not working properly, and we barely slept because it was too hot.

The room was quite spacious, and the bed was comfortable enough to sleep in. The hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, which made it easy to explore the city. the staff was friendly and accommodating to all our requests.
During our Christmas stay, the hotel had a very depressing atmosphere. the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected during our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room at Hotel Las Americas. The double beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of space for our luggage and belongings. The bathroom was clean and modern, and we appreciated the updated fixtures. The window in our room opened wide, allowing for fresh air to circulate. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, and we were able to easily find parking in the small lot at the back. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the chilaquiles and fresh fruit. we had a comfortable stay at a reasonable price and would recommend Hotel Las Americas.
